Raw Material Testing
All raw materials undergo rigorous testing before production starts, checking for metal composition, special the % of copper. Only compliant materials are released for use, ensuring product quality from the beginning.
Blank Inspection
Forging part is the most important part for the forged brass products. Our forging workers has skillful expensive more than 10 years. And we have 2 QC staff to inspect the fittings blank every 2 hours to gurantee the correct size and complete shape.
Finished Brass fittings Inspections
Surface quality inspection: Check the surface of the Brass fittings for obvious scratches, damage, oxidation, rust, etc. by visual observation. At the same time, the surface finish and processing accuracy of the accessories should also be checked.
Dimension Inspection
